Vaginal thrush is usually treated with an anti-fungal medication. This can be a cream to relieve irritation, a tablet or a pessary (a tablet you insert into your vagina). Symptoms usually clear up within 7 to 14 days of treatment. Sexual partners do not require treatment unless they have symptoms as well.
